Summer

The girls are thrilled that an old-fashioned ice cream truck has been making daily trips through our neighborhood.  I am personally NOT so thrilled that the ice cream truck always seems to drive by at dinner time...  Here is Elisabeth, doing her part to keep the ice cream man in business!

As for Allison, she is up to her usual pranks.  Today, she put on Elisabeth's leopard costume from last Halloween and was prowling around the house ignoring our requests to clean her room.  Things got quiet -- too quiet -- so I went to see what she was up to.  I found the leopard napping on the stairs!
