Field Day

Today was Field Day for Elisabeth's school! I didn't attend, but I heard from several parents that were there that it was a great event. It has rained almost every day for the last week, but luckly it held off for the kids and the sprinkles didn't start until after it was all over. Elisabeth's classmate Max joined everyone again and his friends made sure he was included in all of the activities. Here are some pictures that Max's mom emailed to me -- I was proud to see that Elisabeth was one of the kids who took charge of making sure he was included! She and her friend Alexa pushed Max's wheelchair in the wheelbarrow race and they also helped him get through the hurdle course!
