She's been practicing writing her letters and is now able to write her name. Up until now, she has just put a big ol' A on every piece of paper instead of writing out her full name, so I was giddy with excitement when I learned that she can write her name all by herself:
Her drawings are also starting to become more recognizable; the other day she drew a picture of a ladybug and it actually looked like a ladybug. Yesterday she drew pictures of herself in the past, present and future. Her stick figures still look a bit like aliens -- but at least they have eyes, arms and legs, right?!
