Go State!

FLEA kicked off the Spartan football season Colorado style....we headed to Blake Street Tavern in Denver to watch the game with many other Colorado Spartans. The place was packed -- it was neat to see so many people wearing green and white out here. It was not the same as being in East Lansing with some of our favorite Spartan friends, but we still had a good time. The bar is owned by a MSU alum, so we were happy to see a State flag proudly flying outside the bar. We had a nice time with some other Spartans that Fred works with, and we also saw a few Spartan families that we met at the Big Ten picnic a few months ago.

I think one of the highlights for the guys (besides MSU's win) was the fact that the Coors Light girls were there. They gave us some free Coors Light chapstick....I guess they figured the guys would need some chapstick after they got done drooling over all the leggy blonds??
