Cookie Monster

After playing outside and enjoying the sunshine this afternoon, we came inside to bake cookies. I had one batch baking in the oven while one batch cooled on the counter. Then Allison walked up to me looking guilty as sin. She had chocolate all over her mouth and all over her fingers.

I asked her if she swiped one of the cookies. She just shrugged and said, "I dunno." My camera happened to be a few feet away, so I asked her again and caught her response on film.

"Allison, did you take a cookie?"

"I dunno."I went into the kitchen to examine the crime scene. I confirmed that the suspect swiped not one...not two....not three....but FOUR chocolate chip cookies! Wish me luck getting Cookie Monster to eat a decent dinner tonight.
