A very special girl turns 5 years old this week! This coming Wednesday, Elisabeth Maeve turns five!
We had the first of several birthday celebrations on Saturday with a family party that included one of Elisabeth's favorite friends. 
The birthday girl requested a "rainbow" party. She wore a new rainbow headband and her favorite rainbow tights. She asked all her guests to wear something colorful to her party. I thought she'd want a rainbow cake too, but she just couldn't resist Tinkerbell. 
Elisabeth was beaming when everyone sang happy birthday to her! 
We have more birthday celebrations planned this week, including dinner out at the restaurant of her choice, and a trip to Chuck E. Cheese with her "special boyfriends." Stay tuned for more birthday news!
