Trees!

We've got a whole bunch of new trees!

Here's our backyard BEFORE:

And AFTER: We coordinated our backyard conifer project with the neighbors directly behind us; they bought 6 trees, and we bought 5. So now we get to admire a total of 11 beautiful conifers when we look out our windows! In Fred's words, "We're going to have a forest out there!"

We also bought a sugar maple tree for the backyard (east side):

...one crimson maple tree for the front yard (east side):

...another conifer for our front yard (west side):

...one ornamental tree for the landscaping at the front of our house (west side):

...and a partridge in a pear tree.
